Get an approximate weight of the picture you re trying to hang. Make sure to position your shelf or whatever you re mounting up to where you want it and then drive in the screw. If using a toggle anchor thread the toggle on the screw about 1 4 inch from the end. If using a threaded drywall anchor screw it in using a phillips head screwdriver. Hammer the anchor in until it s flush with the wall. Screw a picture hook onto the wall anchor.

Remove the back liner from the adhesive strip and apply it directly to the wall where you want to hang your picture.
